Description:
European School, Portrait of an Old Man with Red Cap and Pipe, Oil on Canvas, unsigned, depicting a bearded gentleman with red cap and pipe, in a giltwood frame. Frame size: 17 1/2 in. x 15 1/2 in.Measurements: Height: by sight 9 1/2 in. x Width: 7 1/2 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, craquelure, inpainting in craquelure upper left corner, some faint white splatter marks on surface, in need of gentle cleaning, minor wear and losses to frame.
