- Lot Description
This extensive collection of Johnson Bros dinnerware features the 'Coaching Scenes' pattern in classic blue and white. The set includes a variety of plates, bowls, cups, and serving pieces, all adorned with detailed transferware depicting equestrian and village scenes. Crafted from durable ironstone, these pieces are designed for both aesthetic appeal and practical use.The set exhibits signs of age and use consistent with vintage dinnerware. Several cups show discoloration or staining on the interior. Some pieces have minor surface scratches, crazing, or small chips, particularly visible on the rims or bases. One cup has a hairline crack. The overall condition is good for its age, with all major components present and largely intact.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive postage rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
