Local pickup times from 1180 Seminole Trail Charlottesville, VA 22901 are Friday, Sept. 25th from 9-4pm and Saturday, Sept. 26th from 9am-1pm. - Lot Description
We appreciate your bids and want to make sure you have the following information: This auction is closing on Wednesday, Sept. 23rd starting at 8pm. Each lot closes 20 seconds after the one before it (staggered closing). The whole event should last around 2.5 hours. A soft-close of 2-minutes is in place, which extends bidding on individual items should a last-second bid come in. Buy it Now is enabled for furniture items in this auction only. Local pickup for this auction is planned for Friday, Sept. 25th and Saturday Sept. 26th. We are Closed Sunday the 27th. Thursday post-auction pickups may be arranged by appointment only. Items left after the pickup window without communication are considered abandoned and will be donated.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive postage rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
