A lady's mid 20th century synthetic ruby and diamond manual wind cocktail watch. The square-shape grey dial with black Roman numerals, to the square-shape synthetic ruby and single-cut diamond sides and associated cable-link strap. Length of watch head 2.7cms. Total weight 16.5gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Dirt and rust visible to the dial. Some areas of greening to the strap and watch head. A couple of more significant scratches to the back casing. Diamonds fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Some areas of abrasion to the facet edges of the synthetic rubies. Watch head stamped 14K. Strap stamped 9ct.
