A late 19th century gold diamond and split pearl bar brooch. The rose-cut diamond, to the twin off-set bars, with split pearl scrolling spacers and bead terminals. Length 5.1cms. Weight 4.6gms.
Overall condition fair. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Wear to the split pearls, discolouration. Replacement fittings, soft solder visible. Diamond appears dark, foil back. Setting of diamond prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
