A late 19th century silver and 15ct gold opal and diamond pendant. The old-cut diamond and heart-shape opal cabochon cluster, within a similarly-set surmount. May be worn as a brooch. Estimated total diamond weight 0.45ct. Length 4cms. Weight 12.5gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions. Opals display red, green, orange and blue play-of-colour. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
