A platinum diamond single-stone ring. The oval-shape diamond, with single-cut diamond shoulders, to the plain band. Principal diamond estimated weight 1.50cts, H-I colour, P1 clarity. Hallmarks for Sheffield, 1998. Weight 3.6gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Principal diamond loose in the setting. Evidence of repair to the settings. Principal diamond approximate dimensions - 8.1mms, by 7mms, by 4.3mms deep. Principal diamond bright. Principal diamond chipped to the girdle. Estimated weight of single-cut diamonds less than 0.10ct. Individual size and setting of single-cut diamonds diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment of these diamonds. Ring size V.
