To include an early 20th century 9ct gold bar brooch suspending a later addition citrine and mother-of-pearl drop, a mid 20th century 9ct gold oval garnet cabochon bar brooch, with a later engraved bar brooch. Two with hallmarks for London 1932 and Birmingham 1953. Lengths 4.6 to 3.8cms. Total weight 9.2gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Soft solder to the top of the early 20th century brooch drop. Garnet dark slightly purplish-red, well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions. Citrine dark orange, well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions. Mother-of-pearl slightly silvery-white with green and pink overtones and good lustre, and typical surface blemishes. Stones in good condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
