- Lot Description
BID ON THE-SALEROOM
CARTIER - a Santos bracelet watch. Stainless steel case with yellow metal bezel. Numbered 090240654. Signed automatic movement. Cream dial with Roman numeral hour markers. Fitted to a signed bi-metal bracelet with folding clasp. 24mm.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable marks, scratches, tarnishing, some lifting of the laminate. Dial is cracked to the entire surface. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting. Cabouchon is cracked. Bracelet has light scratches and some signs of light stretching to links. Clasp is currently functioning and shows light scratches and marksBracelet measures approximately 16cm including case. This lot does not come with box or papers.
