Two late 19th century 9ct gold synthetic ruby brooches. Each set with a synthetic ruby, within a cannetille surmount. One AF. Lengths 4 and 3.8cms. Weight 3.4gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. The brooch pitting is missing to one brooch. Remains of soft solder repair visible. This brooch is also set with some seed pearls. One is missing. Stamped 9ct.
