- Lot Description
.308. 23.2" barrel. SN: 4957. Black enamel over Parkerized arsenal refinish mounting walnut semi-pistol grip butt with full length upper handguard; adjustable tangent rear aperture and front blade sights with protectors. Short stroke piston driven tilting bolt semi-automatic rifle fed by detachable box magazines. Original manufacturer marking on left receiver reads FABRIQUE NATIONALE D'ARMES DE GUERRE_HERSTAL BELGIQUE with further Belgian firing proofs visible on all major components. Top of the receiver has been struck with the {Seal of Argentina}, and ARA mark to left receiver. Serial numbers match on receiver, dustcover, bolt carrier, bolt, and right wrist. Comes with a magazine and nylon sling. {C&R}
Condition
Good. Bore is dirty with firing residues that may clean to Bright with strong rifling throughout. Metal retains some flaking enamel on receiver and traces on barrel with a brown patina dominating in losses. Wood stock has been sanded and shows some handling wear and dents.
