- Lot Description
A group of three (3) Lincoln mourning ribbons, including:
1. Mourning cockade with albumen portrait of Lincoln. Black silk ribbon cockade, black velvet & white silk ribbons, albumen photograph affixed to cockade, straight pin. Cockade diam. 34 mm, albumen approx. diam. 15 mm, overall L. 3 3/4 in. (94 mm).
2. Albumen Lincoln portrait with tricolor ribbon and eagle badge. Albumen photograph in brass frame, brass eagle badge with original straight pin, cotton tri-color ribbon. Albumen approx. visible 10 x 15 mm, eagle w. 1 5/8 in. (41 mm), overall L. approx. 4 1/2 in. (113 mm).
3. Brass disc portrait of Lincoln. Affixed to modern cardstock, pin, and velvet ribbon. Disc diam. 12 mm.

Condition
1. Black velvet ribbon appears to be a modern replacement. White silk ribbons appear to be trimmed. Stick pin is a possible replacement. Black paper/cardstock affixed to cockade verso.
3. Brass disc affixed to black cardstock. Ribbon is a modern replacement.
