Wooden frame. Inscription to mount verso reads: "18th c officer / American / Rev War."
A striking silhouette portrait of an American officer from the Revolutionary War. This officer can be seen wearing a tricorn hat with his hair pulled back. He also dons a uniform jacket, with a prominent cravat and one visible epaulette.
