  A group of eight (8) 1945 propaganda posters issued by the U.S. Government to encourage compliance with rationing and price control measures implemented during World War II. All approx. 8 1/2 x 11 in. Posters include: 

   

  1. Your Ration Board / These Folks are your Neighbors....Help Them Help You! [Washington, D.C.]: U.S. Government Printing Office, 1945. 

   

  With a photograph subtitled "Typical War Price and Ratiniong Board (Toledo, Ohio)" and "Democracy in Action" highlighting that those fixing rations were typical Americans.
