Designed as an oval-shaped brooch, featuring a central yellow sapphire, weighing approximately 3.57 carats, flanked by a pink sapphire, weighing approximately 3.03 carats, and a blue sapphire, weighing approximately 3.22 carats, set in 18K yellow and white gold, accented with 96 round-cut diamonds, weighing a total of approximately 2.90 carats, four baguette diamonds, weighing a total of 0.50 carats, and four square-cut rubies, weighing a total ofapproximately 0.30 carats;pin measures 1-1/2 x 3/4 inches; weight 22.1g. Stamped 750 Roma.
