Crafted in platinum and 18K gold, featuring four cabochon rubies weighing a total of approximately 26.10 carats, two cabochon emeralds weighing a total of approximately 0.90 carat, enhanced with 144 round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 9.00 carats, with G-I color and mostly VS clarity; bottom element can be detached; measures 2-3/4 inches with enhancer and 1-1/8 inches without; weight 55.67 g.
