A floral design crafted in platinum and 18K rose and yellow gold, set with 56 old European-, old mine- and single-cut diamonds and eight baguette-cut diamonds, weighing a total of approximately 4.50 carats, with H-I color and VS-SI clarity; featuring an "en-tremblant" element in the flower's center; fastened with a double pinstem; measures 2-1/8 x 2-3/4 inches; weight 34.97 g.
