Crafted out of 18K yellow and white gold, designed as a floral brooch, topped with a red coral cabochon, weighing approximately 17.50 carats, surrounded by 157 round brilliant-cut diamonds, with G-H color and VS clarity, weighing a total of approximately 6.15 carats, further accented by 16 emerald cabochons, weighing a total of approximately 2.05 carats, completed with a double pinstem and single locking catch; measures 2-3/4 x 1-3/4 inches; weight 42.9 g.
