Appears to be an early photo of Progressive Insurance's first Mayfield Village headquarters in the 1970s - the North Building. This was THE headquarters for Progressive until the large campuses were built (also in Mayfield Village) in the mid-1990s.
Toby Devan Lewis was the curator of the corporate art collection.
