- Lot Description
A group of three Imperial Russian military medals mounted on a suspension device with the original black and yellow St. George’s ribbons.
Cross of St. George, 4th Class (left), silver cross, inscribed with serial number 93 215 and "4 CT." (4th Class). Awarded to enlisted men and NCOs for bravery.
Cross of St. George, 3rd Class (center), silver with gold center medallion. Inscribed â„– 71 48 and "3 CT." (3rd Class).
Medal for Bravery ("За ХраброÑÑ‚ÑŒ") (right), obverse: A bust of Nicholas II.
Reverse inscribed: "За храброÑÑ‚ÑŒ" in silver, S/N 570299, 4th Class.
L: 3 3/4 in., (9.5 cm.)
Condition
The medals are in fair condition. The original ribbons have some spots of moth damage and fading due to age. Some oxidation to the back of the pin.
