A lithograph depicting a Turkish gentleman in blue robes, the silver handle of a bichaq dagger poking out from his red, white, and blue striped sash. This plate is from 'The Costume of Turkey', an English book published in January of 1802 by William Miller of London. The design and engraving for this example were performed by Octavian Dalvimart and William Poole respectively.
