- Description: Massive 18k Gold Tiffany & Co Geneva High Grade Pocket Watch - this extremely high grade watch is one of the few remaining examples of the under 10000 serial number range when tiffany had their own factory in geneva. according to many reports they shared this factory with patek philippe. there is a massive amount of gold and high grade screw down jewel settings they were so proud of this watch, that the double hinged dust vcover is made of glass so you can see the movement.
