Gage Gallery was founded by a Hudson, NY art dealer handling Hudson River School who then relocated to Cleveland and built may important Ohio collections. William Trost Richards oil on panel, 22.5 inches by 15.75 inches by 1.5 (framed), 9 inch by 16 inch framed in a likely Newcomb Macklin Arts and Crafts Movement frame, signed, lower left, title verso together with a numeral inventory or exhibition label Gage Gallery faded label to back of frame with artist and title Florida provenance states Biltmore Art Shop Miami for refitting and a William R.
