FIRST EDITION THUS, including constitutions of Vermont, Louisiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Mississippi, Indiana, and Illinois in addition to the 13 original states. Louis Dicken Wilson represented Edgecombe County in the General Assembly of North Carolina from 1814-1819, and then in the North Carolina Senate in 1820, and again from 1824-1832, when he was chosen speaker.
