EUGENE FIELD'S COPY, PRESENTED TO HIM BY JAMES WHITCOMB RILEY, with an inscription by Eugene Field II in each volume: "This set came from the library of my father, Eugene Field, and was presented to my mother by James Whitcomb Riley, the author. Nov. 1-1931 Eugene Field II." Also signed by Julia S. Field in each volume.
