"R.R. & Depot Grounds E & adj. Ft. Dearborn Add. To Chicago." - "'Russell Mather & Roberts Add.'" [Chicago: Peltzer, Fox & Hoffman, 1872]. 2 hand-colored lithographed maps of Chicago on 2 sheets glued together (831 x 592 mm sheet). Two maps printed for Peltzer's Atlas of the City of Chicago
. Peltzer, a chief draughtsman for the board of public works, quickly published this atlas organized from his personal records after all of the city and county records were destroyed by the Great Chicago Fire. - Shipping Info
