18 vols. 8vo (8 x 5 3/4 inches), publisher's decorative paper-covered boards, each with a matching dust jacket. Beautifully produced limited edition, printed in decorative type, on high quality paper. Each volume was published by the great Scottish printer Robert MacLehose in a limited edition of 500 numbered copies, signed by their authors.
Minor browning to the endpapers, and minimal foxing scattered lightly throughout the texts; the dust jackets are lightly worn at the extremities, protected in mylar.
