- Lot Description
Titled "Malibu Sunset." Signed in the lower left and on the back side. Framed. Depicts a landscape of the ocean in Malibu, California.
Visible artwork is approximately 11.25 in H x 23.35 in W. Frame is approximately 18 in H x 30 in W. Weighs approximately 6 lbs 2 oz.
Condition
Yellowing throughout. Surface wear to frame. Pin sized black spots throughout the painting. Foxing on the backside.

Winning bidders are responsible for all costs to ship their items, unless otherwise stated. We offer in-house shipping and will ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Hughes is a small company that offers in-house shipping as a convenience to our buyers. In-house shipping can take up to three weeks. If you need shipping sooner, please use a third-party shipping company in our area. We are happy to provide you with a list of local shippers that you can contact.
After the auction, we will send a text and email for you to choose shipping or local pick up. If you intend to use your own third party shipper, please select the LOCAL PICK UP option and email us to arrange a time for your shipper to pick up your items. We charge for packing your items if your third party shipper cannot pack the item for you.
Local Pick Up is at 8059 Foothill Blvd, Sunland, CA 91040 and for this auction will be available Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 10:00am - 2:00pm or by appointment only.
Hughes shall have no liability for any damage or loss to property left on its premises for more than three (10) days from the date of sale. If any property has not been removed within ten (10) days from the date of sale, Hughes will impose, and the purchaser agrees to pay, a daily storage charge of $10 per lot. If the lot has not been removed from the premises within 30 days, the lot is considered abandoned.
