Catalogue Note: Sherds of both types of ware included in this lot have been found at various excavations in the U.S., including three sites in Virginia (Colonial Williamsburg; the Massie Farm Property; Gadsby's Tavern) and one, in New York City, at 7 Hanover Square. One saucer is of a type represented by sherds excavated in Alexandria.
Moderate condition, three items each with various chips and hairlines; one saucer absent a 1" section of the footrim, the other saucer has bright enamel appearance, with two chips to the rim, some rubbing, and short hairlines.
