WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA DECORATED STONEWARE CANNING JARS, LOT OF TWO, salt-glazed, each approximately half-gallon capacity, slightly tapered and cylindrical forms, each with grooved wax-seal rim and Albany-slip glazed interior. Brushed cobalt decorations, one with three stripes and the other with a feather between upper and lower stripes. Circa 1875. 8 1/4" H. Provenance: From a West Virginia private collection.
