A cornflower blue knit tank top worn by Madonna in the music video for her 2000 cover of Don McLean's "American Pie." The fitted tank top is trimmed with white and blue foliate lace and a band of white faceted glass stones. The song was an international success and reached number one in many countries. Accompanied by a copy of a letter of authenticity signed by Madonna's previous manager Angela Becker.
