- Lot Description
The pair of vases feature repeating stylized tree or leaf motifs executed in wax-resist against a matte natural stoneware ground with earth-toned glazes. Each displays Lakofsky’s signature modernist sensibility, with organic surface textures and controlled abstraction. The accompanying bowl presents a narrow foot and interior crackle glaze with brown and black stylized leaf decoration consistent with mid-century design influences and Lakofsky’s aesthetic.
Excellent condition. Age related wear.
