  Pair of Persian Miniature Manuscript Pages. Two painted panels with inscription in margins, Ali represented as fire aura; both scenes with Ali slaying opponents on horseback, with six figures on the hill watching. Note with translation of text. 

  19th century or earlier. 

  Approximate dimensions: Panel sight 8 7/8" high x 4 1/2" wide
