Edward L. Loper Jr., is an African American artist 1934-2023. The painting depicts a city scene with buildings, fire escapes and shopping. It is very colorful. The paining is oil on canvas and is signed on the lower left circa 2000. 30in x 40in and 34 1/2in x 44 1/2in framed
