- Lot Description
Wilson McCoy is an American artist. Original art dated 3-21-1955 King features syndicate 1955. The collection features 10 original newspaper comic strips of mixed media on paper. The collection features 4 different section from the strip from March 21st, 1955 and ending May 2nd, 1955. The main subject of the comic strip the Phantom becomes a matchmaker for Tagon and Meline. The panels are approximately 22†x 7â€.
Condition
Wear on tear on each panel but overall good condition. The artist has made notes on some panel is blue and red crayon. There are added handwritten notes on some panels and each panel has a center crease.

Once payment is received our staff will retrieve your purchase, or, if you are not attending the auction in person, release your purchase to the shipper of your choice. We do ask that anyone purchasing large items call ahead to make sure we have someone available to assist you with loading your purchase. All items must be paid for within 10 days of the day of sale and picked up within two weeks of the day of sale (see Payment and Shipping for more information). We will Ship to buyers who have bought with us before that live in the US for a fee.
