- Lot Description
A Group of Continental Silver Tableware
Late 19th and 20th century, comprising: a 5 1/2in tall Dutch rococo repousse and chased tobacco container with bird finial, a 6 1/2in Dutch tray with paw feet, reticulated border and a repousse interior genre scene, three 4in spoons that appear to be Dutch comprising an apostle tea spoon, two figural tea spoons, and a 5 1/2in tea caddy spoon with figural decoration, two pieces of Russian silver comprising a 5in enameled and filigree silver scoop, and a 2in tall cloisonne enameled shot cup, the rest of the lot a group of twelve 3 1/2in sterling enameled teaspoons.
Dimensions: the approximate gross weight of the lot is 17.00 ozt
Provenance: From a local collection.
Condition
Overall good, as pictured, there is a minor dent to the shot cup with associated losses to the enamel.
