PROPERTY PICK-UP/SHIPPING/STORAGE POLICY: Millea Bros. Ltd. does not ship. The purchaser must pay for and remove all property from our auction gallery (607 Myrtle Ave., Boonton) at his/her risk and expense. Winning bidders may use LiveAuctioneers’ Live Shipping option, arrange packing and shipping through a professional of their choice, or collect purchases in person. Collection is by appointment only and must be completed within ten (10) business days following the auction event.
For this sale, the standard two-week pickup window is modified due to the Christmas and New Year’s holidays:
• We will be open for pickups Tuesday, December 9 through Friday, December 12, and Monday, December 15 through Friday, December 19th
• We will be open for pickups Monday, December 22
• The gallery will be closed Tuesday, December 23 through Friday, December 26
• Pickup appointments resume Monday, December 29 through Friday, January 2 (but closed Thursday, January 1 for New Year’s Day)
Pickup is by appointment only. Please call ahead to schedule before coming to the gallery. Items not collected within the stated timeframe may incur storage fees. After sixty (60) days post-sale, unclaimed lots will be considered abandoned property.

PAYMENT: All payments are due immediately following the auction. For our online-only "ABC" sales we accept credit card payment at no additional charge (on invoices under $5,000) . On this invoice you will find a payment button to pay with your preferred card – easy and painless. If you prefer to pay by check, it should be mailed to our office at 607 Myrtle Avenue, Boonton, NJ 07005. Purchases paid for using personal checks will be held until payment has cleared the bank (typically 5-7 business days).
