- Lot Description
Mixed media collage painting signed Zayon, depicting a surreal urban composition with towering geometric skyscrapers constructed from photographic architectural elements and abstract painted backgrounds. The imaginative scene includes figures interacting with the structures, including a diver suspended within a diamond-shaped form, a figure balancing with an umbrella atop a building, and a partially concealed face emerging from a high-rise tower, creating a dreamlike cityscape narrative. Additional collage elements such as a stadium, highway traffic, aircraft, and architectural fragments enhance the layered metropolitan theme against a vibrant, textured painted ground of yellows, reds, and pastels. Signed "Zayon" at lower right. Work appears to be mixed media collage and paint on board. An inventive modern composition characteristic of the artist's surreal architectural imagery.
