A charming antique hand-carved wooden figure depicting a cherub or young angel, likely originating from an 18th or early 19th century ecclesiastical or architectural setting. Rendered with expressive detail, the figure is shown gazing upward with a joyful, animated expression, its curly hair and flowing drapery skillfully carved from a single block. The raised hand, posed in a gesture of blessing or adoration, adds a sense of movement and devotional character.
