Framed and signed John Stobart signed limited edition print titled Baton Rouge: The Anchor Line Steam Packet “City of Baton Rouge” Arriving at the Riverfront in 1881, depicting a bustling Mississippi River scene with steamboats, riverfront buildings, smoke-filled sky, and log rafts in the foreground. Published by Maritime Heritage Prints, Inc. in 1984, this print is pencil signed by the artist and numbered 346/750, with additional printed title and publication details in the lower margin. Presented under glass in a gilt-toned wood frame with linen matting and hanging wire to verso. A decorative and collectible maritime and Southern river history print by noted marine artist John Stobart. Condition appears good overall with light wear to the frame and backing consistent with age and display. Approx. frame size (in): 31.25 x 41.5 x 1.25, Approx. painting size (in): 21 x 31.
