- Lot Description
Large Murano art glass figural sculpture designed by Ermanno Nason for Gino Cenedese, depicting an elegant robed female figure with raised hands, elaborate headdress, and finely ribbed decorative detailing. The sculpture is executed in luminous opalescent white glass with subtle translucency and a soft pearlescent glow, showcasing the refined modeling and expressive Venetian glasswork associated with Cenedese production. The underside bears etched markings including “Murano,” “Gino Cenedese,” and dated “1972.” A substantial and highly decorative Murano art glass sculpture with strong display presence, showing light surface wear, scattered residue, and minor age-related marks as photographed. Approx. dimensions (in): 18.5 x 10.5 x 5.5.
