- Lot Description
A vibrant group of three original abstract paintings by Fred Belli, each featuring bold black contour lines, energetic brushwork, and richly layered color. The lot includes three related compositions with swirling abstract forms, whimsical figural and animal-like shapes, and expressive modernist movement throughout. Two works are signed “Fred Belli” on the lower front, and the reverse of one canvas bears handwritten artist identification. The paintings appear to be acrylic on canvas or canvas board, with visible impasto texture and surface wear consistent with age and handling, including scattered scuffs, small paint losses, edge wear, and areas of soiling. A colorful and dynamic grouping suitable for collectors of outsider, modernist, or contemporary abstract art. Approx. biggest painting size (in): 23.75 x 24.
