- Lot Description
Striking mid-century studio pottery table lamp featuring a tall tapered ceramic body with rich amber-brown glazing, dark vertical drip accents, raised circular appliqué details, and an expressive Brutalist-inspired surface treatment. The lamp is mounted with a brass-tone center rod and fitted with dual pull-chain sockets, shown with spiral bulbs and cord present. The sculptural form has a narrow flared neck, cylindrical body, and slightly flared base, giving it a bold decorative presence suitable for modernist, eclectic, or artisan interiors. Surface wear, glaze variation, patina to metal fittings, and signs of age are present, as shown, adding to its handmade vintage character. Untested; rewiring or electrical inspection is recommended prior to use. Approx. dimensions (in): 35.25 x 9 x 9.
