- Lot Description
This elegant pair of Chinese porcelain table lamps features finely hand-painted famille rose decoration, showcasing vibrant floral motifs including peonies, lotus blossoms, and blossoming branches rendered in delicate pinks, greens, and soft enamels. The square-section bodies rise to gently flared necks, all mounted on ornate gilt bronze bases with detailed repoussé work that adds a refined, classical touch. The lamps have been later electrified, with visible cords and hardware consistent with 20th-century adaptations, while retaining their antique porcelain bodies that likely date to the late Qing dynasty or early Republic period.
