- Lot Description
Oil on canvas landscape painting depicting a serene alpine valley with snow-capped mountain peaks, rolling green fields, and scattered cottages, signed lower left “R. Baginski” and dated 1941. The composition features detailed evergreens and sunlit hills leading the eye toward a dramatic mountainous backdrop, rendered in a soft, naturalistic palette. Housed in its original stretcher, the work shows age-appropriate wear consistent with period, including minor surface wear and canvas aging visible on verso, but remains a visually appealing vintage landscape example. Approx. size (in): 27.5 x 39.25 x 0.75.
