- Lot Description
Elegant hand-blown Murano art glass sculpture by Seguso Arte Vetro, signed and dated "84" to the underside. This striking modernist form features a sweeping, elongated abstract design reminiscent of a stylized bird in motion, executed in clear Sommerso-style glass with subtle internal movement and organic flow. The sculpture is mounted on a frosted cylindrical glass base, enhancing its contemporary presentation and stability. The piece demonstrates fine Italian craftsmanship with fluid lines and excellent clarity throughout. Signed on the underside "Seguso Arte Vetro 84." In very good condition with light surface wear consistent with age. A refined example of late 20th century Murano studio glass, ideal for collectors of Italian art glass and modern decorative sculpture. Approx. dimensions (in): 22.75 x 18.75 x 5.
