Featured in this lot is this Montana variety barbed wire display circa 1870-1913. This display features a wonderfully and professionally crafted professionally framed display construction and shows original 1880's Montana barbed wire with a variety of styles that include tags explaining that; the frames were all custom made with burl wood panel decoration. The first tag reads as follows: WWI Prisoner of War German Entanglement Wire quite a specimen 1913-18Square Twisted Point. The second display note reads as follows: Flat Barb Brotherton Pat.
