Largest Sight: 9 x 11 3/4 in. (22.9 x 29.8 cm.), Frame: 21 3/4 x 24 1/2 in. (55.2 x 62.2 cm.)Condition
Smaller: Not laid down. Taped to mat along top and bottom edge verso with scattered foxing/brown marks. Also has later masking tape inscribed Louis Kahn (USA) 1901-1974. Small loss to one corner. Upper corners on back with light paper loss from previous tape. Foxing marks visible on the front as well.
Larger: Not laid down. Taped to mat along top and bottom edges. Small losses to two corners. Scattered foxing/brown spots. Similarly marked with masking tape on verso. Lower corner by signature has a watermark. Rooster next to large vessel. Small loss/tear to lower left corner. Top corners with light paper loss on backside from previous tape. Slight ripple to paper. Minor crease marks.
Consignor inherited art collection from his parents father and grandfather were collectors, no records pertain to pieces gathered over the last fifty years.Condition reports are not provided in catalog descriptions.
