Nine Royal Doulton "The Bayeux Tapestry" Plates
The Battle of Hastings 1066 from The Bayeux Tapestry. Three different sizes.
Detailed condition reports available upon request.Condition
1. (1) 8 ¾” diameter plate. 2 small flea bites on rim. No visible cracks or repairs. 2. (4) 9 ¾” diameter plates. One plate retains a tag from Skinner’s: Sale 2327, Lot #342, and has a small rim chip. Another plate has a similar sticker. No visible cracks or repairs. 3. (4) 10 ½” diameter plates Three plates with same Skinner’s sticker as above; one with hairline crack on backside of rim. All with some scattered discoloration and general surface wear. Otherwise, good condition. Thank you for your interest in our upcoming sale.
