Salt Glazed Stoneware Jar
Attributed to Kemple Family, New Jersey.
Repair to one handle.
Provenance: Warren Hartmann, Pennsylvania
13 x 12 3/4 in. (33 x 32.4 cm.)Condition
Overall good condition needs cleaning. Shallow chips to rim. Handle below warp in rim repaired. Minor losses at cracks. Other handle appears fine. Approx 4” vertical hairline in tapering part of body that continues into and across the bottom.
